Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Sessions at Rx ReLeaf – Comfort, Screening, and Clear Expectations

Mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy (mHBOT) uses a mild-pressure chamber with supplemental oxygen. It is different from medical hyperbaric oxygen therapy delivered in an FDA-cleared chamber for established medical indications.

Rx ReLeaf offers mild-pressure sessions only after safety screening. We do not claim that mHBOT treats cancer, Lyme disease, Alzheimer’s disease, autism, diabetes, PTSD, chronic infection, wounds, or other medical conditions.

What to Expect

Safety Screening

A practitioner reviews factors such as ear or sinus problems, lung conditions, pregnancy, implanted devices, medications, and other relevant risks.

Mild Pressure

Pressure changes can cause ear discomfort similar to airplane travel. Staff explain equalization techniques and monitor the session.

Comfortable Setting

The upright chamber is designed for a seated session. Session length and instructions are provided before treatment.

No Guaranteed Outcome

Experiences vary, and a mild-pressure wellness session is not a substitute for diagnosis or evidence-based medical treatment.

Before Your Session

Tell Us About Changes

Report new symptoms, infections, procedures, medication changes, or ear and sinus problems before the session.

Follow Device Instructions

Only approved items may enter the chamber. Follow staff instructions on clothing, electronics, skin products, and oxygen safety.

Speak Up

Tell staff immediately if you feel pain, shortness of breath, dizziness, anxiety, or difficulty clearing your ears.

Important Regulatory Distinction

FDA-cleared hyperbaric oxygen chambers and treatment protocols exist for specific medical indications. The mild-pressure service described here should not be understood as treatment for those indications or for conditions not cleared by the FDA.

A licensed practitioner must determine whether a session is appropriate. Results are not guaranteed. See our Medical Disclaimer.
