Multi-Cancer Early Detection Screening at Rx ReLeaf – Featuring the Galleri Test

The Galleri multi-cancer early detection test looks for certain DNA methylation patterns in a blood sample that may be associated with cancer. If a cancer signal is detected, the test predicts a likely cancer signal origin to help guide additional diagnostic evaluation.

Important: Galleri is a screening test, not a diagnosis. It is not cleared or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. It may not detect every cancer, and false-positive and false-negative results can occur.

What the Galleri Test Can—and Cannot—Do

Galleri can screen for cancer signals across multiple cancer types using one blood draw. It does not screen for every cancer, and a “No Cancer Signal Detected” result does not mean that you are cancer-free.

A “Cancer Signal Detected” result is not a cancer diagnosis. Additional diagnostic testing is required, and a false-positive result can lead to imaging, procedures, cost, and anxiety.

Galleri should not replace mammography, cervical, colorectal, lung, prostate, or any other screening or diagnostic testing recommended by your healthcare provider.

How Screening Works

galleri test

1. Clinical Review

A licensed practitioner reviews your age, health history, symptoms, risk factors, and current guideline-recommended screening before ordering.

2. Blood Draw

A blood sample is collected and sent to the designated laboratory for analysis.

3. Results and Next Steps

Results are reviewed with an appropriate healthcare professional. A detected signal requires diagnostic follow-up; a non-detected signal does not eliminate the need for routine screening or evaluation of symptoms.

Who May Consider Screening?

Eligibility should be decided with a healthcare professional after considering age, cancer risk, current symptoms, pregnancy status, prior cancer history, and the benefits and limitations of testing. Galleri is not intended to evaluate a medical emergency or replace diagnostic workup for concerning symptoms.

Insurance coverage varies and out-of-pocket costs may apply. Ask about price and laboratory billing before testing.

Request a Galleri Screening Consultation

A licensed practitioner will review eligibility, limitations, current recommended screening, cost, and possible next steps before an order is placed. Testing is not appropriate for everyone, and no result can guarantee that cancer is present or absent.

Required Screening Limitations

Galleri is not FDA cleared or approved. False-positive and false-negative results can occur. The test does not detect every cancer and must not replace routine cancer screening recommended by your healthcare provider. See our Medical Disclaimer.
