Our urgent care telehealth service allows you to start an online medical visit for urgent care quickly and securely. You will receive professional guidance, an online treatment plan and prescriptions sent to your preferred pharmacy when clinically appropriate. Care is designed around your schedule. Availability depends on the patient’s physical location, applicable state requirements, provider licensure, and clinical appropriateness.

Rx ReLeaf virtual urgent care is available to eligible patients physically located in Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, and Washington, D.C. It is not currently available in Alabama or Mississippi. Eligibility depends on the patient’s physical location at the time of the visit.
The visit is $89 plus a $5 platform fee, for a total charge of $94. No insurance is required.
A prescription is never guaranteed. The treating provider decides whether medication is clinically appropriate after reviewing the patient’s history, symptoms, location, and other relevant information.
Eligible non-emergency concerns may include certain rashes and skin conditions, sinus symptoms, uncomplicated urinary or vaginal symptoms, pink eye, cold sores, nausea, vomiting, and selected men’s-health or wellness requests. The provider may recommend testing or in-person care.
Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department for severe chest pain, difficulty breathing, signs of stroke, uncontrolled bleeding, a severe allergic reaction, seizure, loss of consciousness, or major trauma. Call or text 988 for suicidal thoughts or a mental-health crisis; call 911 for immediate danger.
Visits are offered seven days a week from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Eastern Time, subject to provider availability.
For eligible patients with appropriate non-emergency concerns, virtual urgent care offers convenient access to a state-licensed provider. Some symptoms require testing, an in-person visit, or emergency care.
